Three levels, two decks with 180 views of beautiful Deep Creek Lake will help you relax and unwind while being minutes away from Wisp Resort and all lake activities!

This beautiful home has been completely renovated with modern kitchen and touches throughout. Hot Tub, Fire Pit and amazing views along with tons of privacy!

Guest Access

Guests have access to everything. Kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking equipment. Hot Tub towels are in the basement hall linen closet. Board games in the media center below the great room TV. Garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels in the kitchen hall closet.

Neighborhood
Nestled between scenic Mountainview Drive and just off Garrett Highway, this home offers the perfect balance of seclusion and accessibility. You're approximately 2.5 miles from Wisp Resort and Deep Creek Lake, providing year-round opportunities for skiing, boating, tubing, hiking, and more. The town of McHenry, with its grocery stores, restaurants, and local shops, is about 7 miles away. For nature enthusiasts, Swallow Falls State Park is approximately 9 miles from the property, offering stunning waterfalls and hiking trails. Downtown Oakland, featuring amenities like Walmart, Lowe's, and charming antique stores, is roughly 12 miles away.

Other things to note

There is absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the house. Please respect this policy. If we find evidence of smoking (cigarette butts), unfortunately, we will have to charge you up to $500 penalty.

We do have security cameras outside the home at the entrance and pointed to the driveway.

We welcome your dogs, but we do charge a $75/fee per dog. Please do not leave any food or trash outside. And when you leave, make sure the trash is sealed in bags and put securely in the trash bins attached to the garage. The Deep Creek Lake area has lots of wildlife (including bears), so we do not want to invite them near our home!

Getting Around
A 4x4 vehicle is recommended, especially during the winter months—this is Deep Creek, after all, and snow is part of the charm! The road between Mountainview Drive and Garrett Highway is well-maintained and plowed regularly, and the driveway will also be cleared for your arrival. While the views and serenity are worth every snowy turn, a capable vehicle ensures you’ll enjoy them stress-free, no matter the season.

To help our cleaning team and prepare for the next guests, please:

Wash, dry, and return all dishes to cupboards
Bag all trash and place it in the large bins near the garage door
Leave all bedding as-is (don’t make the beds)
Place used gray towels on the bathroom floors
If you used the striped hot tub towels, please wash, fold, and return them to the linen closet
Empty the fridge and freezer
Turn off all lights, fans, coffee maker, toaster, stove/oven, and fireplaces
Lock all windows and doors
Set thermostat to 62°F in winter / 78°F in summer

Pet Policy & Rules

Dogs are welcome for a $75 fee per pet (max 2 per HOA rules)
No food or trash should be left outdoors (bears and wildlife frequent the area)
Absolutely NO SMOKING inside or around the home ($500 fine if violated)
Security cameras are located at the driveway and front entrance for guest safety
