We maintain a strict NO SMOKING policy both inside and around our properties. If evidence of smoking (like cigarette butts) is found, a penalty may be applied. This policy helps us ensure a fresh and healthy environment for every guest.

Absolutely - your furry friends are welcome! A small fee per pet applies, and we kindly ask that you keep outdoor food or trash to a minimum. This is to prevent attracting local wildlife and to keep our surroundings safe and inviting for everyone.

Each property provides a tailored guide with more detailed instructions, so please review your welcome materials on arrival.

To help us ensure every guest enjoys a sparkling clean environment, please: Wash and return all dishes and cookware to their designated places. Securely bag and dispose of all trash in the provided bins (check local pickup days if applicable). Leave bedding as is-the cleaning team takes care of it, but we ask that you gather used bath towels in the designated areas. These simple steps make a big difference for our next guests!

Before checking out, please help us conserve energy and keep everything secure by: Setting the thermostat (a general guideline is 62°F in winter and 78°F in summer). Turning off lights, fans, and any appliances (such as the coffee maker, stove, and toaster). Confirming that all windows and doors are properly closed and secured. This ensures a smooth transition for everyone and helps maintain our properties in top condition.

For your safety and ours, we’ve installed security cameras around the exterior areas (such as the entrance and driveway) of our properties. These devices are strictly for security purposes, helping to protect both our guests and the property.
